On March 24, 2026, The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc., and The Cannabist Company Holdings (Canada) Inc. (collectively, the "Applicants" or the "Company" ) obtained an initial order (the "Initial Order" ) from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court" ) commencing proceedings (the "CCAA Proceedings" ) under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the "CCAA" ). Certain of the protections provided to the Applicants by the Initial Order were extended to a number of subsidiaries. A list of subsidiaries (the "Subsidiaries," and collectively with the Applicants, the "CC Group" ) can be found in Schedule "A" to the Initial Order. The Initial Order provides, among other things, a stay of proceedings in favour of the CC Group and the appointment of FTI Consulting Canada Inc. as monitor of the Applicants (in such capacity, the "Monitor" ). The stay has been granted for an initial 10-day period until April 2, 2026 (the "Stay Period" ).
