On March 26, 2026, FTI Consulting Canada Inc., in its capacity as the court-appointed monitor and duly authorized foreign representative of The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc., and The Cannabist Company Holdings (Canada) Inc. filed petitions for recognition of the debtors' Canadian proceedings under Chapter 15 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
