This factum is filed in support of an application by The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc. (the "Parent Company"), and The Cannabist Company Holdings (Canada) Inc. ("Cannabist Canada Company" and together with the Parent Company, the "Applicants") seeking an initial order (the "Initial Order") and related relief under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the "CCAA"), including an initial stay of proceedings that extends to the Applicants' direct and indirect Subsidiaries.
