On April 17, 2026, CanadaBis Capital Inc., Stigma Pharmaceuticals Inc., 2103157 Alberta Ltd., Full Spectrum Labs Ltd., and 1998643 Alberta Ltd. (collectively, the "Applicants") obtained an initial order (the "Initial Order") from the Court of King's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") commencing proceedings (the "CCAA Proceedings") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the "CCAA"). The Initial Order provides, among other things, a stay of proceedings in favour of the Applicants until and including April 27, 2026, which may be extended by further order of the Court from time to time, and the appointment of FTI Consulting Canada Inc. as monitor of the Applicants (in such capacity, the "Monitor").
