The Approval and Reverse Vesting Order (the "RVO"):
a) approves the subscription agreement among the Applicants and 2208318 Alberta Ltd. dated August 19, 2026 (the "Subscription Agreement") and the transaction contemplated therein (the "Transaction");
b) transfers and vests all of the Applicants' right, title and interest in and to the Excluded Assets, Excluded Contracts, and Excluded Liabilities to and in ResidualCo (as defined); and c) authorizes and empowers, but does not require, the Monitor to assign ResidualCo into bankruptcy and to act as trustee in bankruptcy. | |
| Stay Extension and CCAA Termination Order |

The Stay Extension and CCAA Termination Order provides certain relief that includes, inter alia: a) extending the Stay Period until and including October 30, 2026; b) approves the Monitor's Reports; c) approves the fees of the Monitor and its Counsel; d) termination of these CCAA proceedings (the "CCAA Termination Time") upon service of an executed certificate substantially in the form attached as Schedule "A" (the "Termination Certificate"); and e) discharge of the Monitor effective at the CCAA Termination Time. | |
