Please be advised that pursuant to an order (the "Receivership Order") of the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted on July 16, 2026 (the "Receivership Date"), FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Wrkout Holdings Ltd. ("Wrkout Holdings"), 1145643 B.C. Ltd. ("1145643 BC"), and Innovative Fitness Canada Ltd. ("IF Canada"), (collectively the "Debtors" or "Company").
