Approval Motion Closing of Stalking Horse Bid
Closing of Stalking Horse Bid No later than September 30, 2026


(2) If no Phase 1 Qualified Bid is received other than the Stalking Horse Bid
Milestone Events* Timing
Bid Deadline September 28 , 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)
Selection of Successful Bid No later than October 2, 2026
Approval Motion No later than October 19, 2026
Outside Closing Date No later than October 30, 2026

*All capitalized terms are as defined in the SISP Order
