The following reports have been filed in the proceedings:
Second Report of the Monitor |

The purpose of the Second Report of the Monitor is to provide the Court with the Monitor's comments and recommendations regarding the relief sought by the Applicant, including, among other things, an Order that:
- extends the Stay Period until and including June 15, 2026;
- deletes OpenScreen Inc. from the Schedule "B" listing of Non-Filing Affiliates; and
- approves the payment of retention and severance benefits to four former employees of CFFI.

The purpose of the First Report of the Monitor is to provide the Court with the Monitor's comments and recommendations regarding the following:
- The activities of the Monitor since the issuance of the Initial Order; and
- The relief sought by the Applicants at the Comeback Hearing, including, approval of the amended and restated Initial Order.

Pre-Filing Report of the Proposed Monitor |
March 12, 2026 |
The purpose of the Pre-Filing Report of the Proposed Monitor, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. ("FTI"), is to inform the Court of the following:
- an overview of the CFFI's business and affairs and the events leading up to the CCAA Proceedings;
- FTI's qualifications to act as Monitor, if appointed;
- CFFI's cash flow projections of its receipts and disbursements to May 1, 2026;
- CFFI's proposed administration charge and proposed directors' and officers' charge;
- an overview of CFFI's plan of arrangement pursuant to s. 130 of the Companies Act and the basis for seeking a CCAA order; and
- FTI's views with respect to the proposed CCAA proceedings and certain of the relief sought in the Proposed Initial Order.
