On June 30, 2026, the Court granted an order (the "Sale Process Order") authorizing CFFI to undertake a sale process, (the "Sale Process") to solicit offers or proposals for a sale transaction in respect of CFFI's assets (the "Property") and business operations (the "Business") to be conducted by the Financial Advisor, under the oversight of the Monitor, in the manner set forth in the Sales Procedures (the "Sale Procedures").
