NFC ACQUISITION G.P. INC., NFC ACQUISITION CORP. AND NFC LAND HOLDINGS CORP.

 January 14, 2019

On January 14, 2019, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was discharged as the trustee of NFC pursuant to the Order for Discharge of Trustee.


 February 22, 2012

On February 22, 2012, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice of all the assets, undertakings and properties of NFC.


 February 16, 2012

In accordance with an Order issued on February 16, 2011, the Court granted an extension of the stay of proceedings to and including March 30, 2012. This Honourable Court ordered that Westco shall be entitled to the benefit of and is hereby granted a charge on the Property, which charge shall not exceed an aggregate amount of $450,000, as security for the Verified Lien Amount.


 January 17, 2012

By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) dated January 17, 2012 (the “Initial Order”), NFC Acquisition GP Inc., NFC Acquisition Corp. and NFC Land Holdings Corp. (collectively, the “Applicants” and together with NFC Acquisition L.P., and New Food Classics, “NFC”) obtained protection from their creditors under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) (the “CCAA”). The Initial Order also granted relief in respect of the Applicants and granted a stay of proceedings until and including February 16, 2012 or such later date as the Court may order. FTI Consulting Canada Inc. (“FTI”) was appointed as monitor (the “Monitor”) of NFC.

The Court orders that the terms and provisions of a sale process (the “Sale Process”) are approved.
