Second SISP Important Dates & Milestones

(1) If Phase 1 Qualified Bids are received in addition to the Stalking Horse Bid

Milestone Events*	Timing
Phase 1 Bid Deadline	July 15, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)
Definitive Documentation Deadline	No later than July 30, 2025
Approval Motion	Week of August 18, 2025
Outside Closing Date	No later than October 31, 2025

(2) If no Phase 1 Qualified Bid is received other than the Stalking Horse Bid

Milestone Events*	Timing
Approval Motion	No later than June 30, 2025
Closing of Stalking Horse Bid	No later than October 31, 2025

*All capitalized terms are as defined in the SISP Procedures
