The following Court Orders have been granted in the proceedings:

November 29, 2023 |
An Order a) terminate the CCAA proceedings upon the filing of the Monitor's Termination Certificate; b) approving the Seventh Report of the Monitor and the activities of the Monitor referred to therein; c) discharges FTI as Monitor of the Applicants; authorizes the Applicants and the Monitor to make an assignment in bankruptcy; d) authorizes and directs the Monitor to transfer $40,000 to the Trustee for the fees and disbursements of the Trustee and its counsel (plus applicable taxes); and e) extends the Stay Period to the earlier of: (i) the CCAA Termination Time; and (ii) such other date as this Court may order. |

September 27, 2023 |
An Order: a) amending the ARIO in order to inter alia expand the powers of the Monitor; b) amending the Claims Process Order to authorize the Monitor and the Applicants to stop processing Claims and to dispense them from any further obligation to review certain Proofs of Claim filed and value the amounts and terms set out therein for voting and distribution purposes; c) extending the Stay Period until and including October 27, 2023; and d) approving the fees and activities of the Monitor and its legal counsel. |
| Interim Distribution and WEPPA Order |

On motion of the Applicants, the following, among other things, is ordered and declared: a) IMV Inc. and Immunovaccine Technologies Inc. and their collective former employees are individuals to whom the WEPPA applies as of the date of this Order; and b) the Applicants are each hereby authorized, directed and empowered to distribute to Horizon Technology Finance Corporation, in the amount of $2,000,000. |

An Order: a) approving the sale transaction (the "Transaction") contemplated by an agreement of purchase and sale dated September 1, 2023 (the "Agreement") as between the Vendors and the Purchaser, and transferring to the Purchaser all of the Vendors' right, title, and interest in and to the assets more particularly described in Schedule "B" (the "Property"); and b) vesting and transferring all right, title, and interest in the Property to the Purchaser free and clear of all Claims. |
