On October 6, 2009, Canwest Global Communications Corp and those of its subsidiaries as listed in Schedule “A” to the Initial Order (collectively, “Canwest Global” or the “Applicants”) sought and obtained an Initial Order (the “Initial Order”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”). Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting Canada Inc.
