In the Matter of Aveos Fleet Performance Inc. et al. (S.C.M. 500-11-042345-120) The Court terminated the CCAA proceedings. On that same date, Aveos Fleet Performance Inc. filed a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy with MNP Ltd., as trustee in bankruptcy, which was also appointed by the Court to act as receiver.l a Letter of Credit and to Make Certain Distributions, which is available on this site. We invite you to consult as well the fourteenth report of the CRO and the twenty-fourth report of the Monitor to be posted on this site prior to October 11st, 2013.

On March 19, 2012, Aveos Fleet Performance Inc./ Aveos Performance Aéronatique
Inc. And Aero Technical US. Inc. (collectively, “Aveos” or the “Applicants”)
sought and obtained an Initial Order (the “Initial Order”) under the Companies’
Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”). Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI
Consulting Canada Inc. (“FTI” or the “Monitor”) has been appointed Monitor. The
Initial Order also provides for a stay of proceedings against the Applicants,
which stay currently expires November 22, 2013, unless otherwise ordered by
the Court.
AVIS EST PAR LA PRÉSENTE DONNÉ que, le 19 mars 2012, Aveos Fleet Performance Inc./ Aveos Performance Aéronatique Inc. And Aero Technical US. Inc. (désignés collectivement “Aveos” ou les « requérantes ») ont demandé à la Cour supérieure de justice de Quebec et obtenu une ordonnance initiale (l’« ordonnance initiale ») en application de la Loi sur les arrangements avec les créanciers des compagnies, L.R.C. 1985, c. C 36, dans sa version modifiée (la « LACC »). Aux termes de l’ordonnance initiale, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. a été nommée contrôleur aux termes de la LACC (le « contrôleur »). L’ordonnance initiale telle que renouvelée depuis prévoit, entre autres conditions et jusqu'à nouvel ordre, une suspension des procédures jusqu’au 22 novembre 2013.
