On March 31, 2026, X2O Media Ltd. filed an assignment, and FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed to act as trustee of the bankrupt's estate by the Official Receiver, as stipulated in the certificate of appointment. The first meeting of the bankrupt's creditors will be held on April 21, 2026, by videoconference. Any creditor wishing to participate in the meeting must contact the trustee by email at X2O@fticonsulting.com before April 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The proof of claim and proxy forms, as well as a list of creditors whose claims amount to $25 or more, will be sent to creditors and posted on this website by April 7, 2026. Creditors must prove their claim against the bankrupt's estate in order to be entitled to share in the distribution of the amounts realized from the estate.
