Le 3 mars 2026, Canadoil Forge Ltée a déposé une cession et FTI Consulting Canada inc. a été nommé pour agir à titre de syndic de l'actif du failli par le séquestre officiel, comme stipulé dans le certificat de nomination. La première assemblée des créanciers du failli sera tenue le 24 mars 2026, par visioconférence. Tout créancier désirant participer à l'assemblée est tenu de contacter le syndic par courriel à l'adresse canadoil@fticonsulting.com, et ce, avant le 23 mars 2026 à 15h00.
Les formulaires de preuve de réclamation et de procuration et une liste des créanciers dont les réclamations se chiffrent à 25 dollars ou plus seront envoyés aux créanciers et publiés sur ce site web d'ici le 10 mars 2026. Les créanciers doivent prouver leur réclamation à l'égard de l'actif du failli pour avoir droit de partage dans la distribution des montants réalisés provenant de l'actif.

On March 3, 2026, Canadoil Forge Ltd. filed an assignment, and FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed to act as trustee of the bankrupt's estate by the Official Receiver, as stipulated in the certificate of appointment. The first meeting of the bankrupt's creditors will be held on March 24, 2026, by videoconference. Any creditor wishing to participate in the meeting must contact the trustee by email at canadoil@fticonsulting.com before March 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
The proof of claim and proxy forms, as well as a list of creditors whose claims amount to $25 or more, will be sent to creditors and posted on this website by March 10, 2026. Creditors must prove their claim against the bankrupt’s estate in order to be entitled to share in the distribution of the amounts realized from the estate.

Le 20 février 2026, le Séquestre a présenté une requête visant à obtenir l'autorisation de procéder à la vente des actifs de la débitrice, Canadoil Forge Ltée. Le 24 février 2026, la Cour supérieure du Québec, Chambre commerciale, a rendu une ordonnance d'approbation et de dévolution.

On February 20, 2026, the Receiver filed an application seeking authorization to proceed with the sale of the assets of the debtor, Canadoil Forge Ltd. On February 24, 2026, the Superior Court of Québec, Commercial Division, rendered an approval and vesting order.

Le 16 octobre 2025, FTI Consulting Canada inc. a été nommée pour agir à titre de séquestre aux biens de la débitrice intimée Canadoil Forge Ltd. en vertu d'une ordonnance de mise sous séquestre rendue par la Cour supérieure du Québec, chambre commerciale, en vertu de l'article 243 de la Loi sur la faillite et l'insolvabilité.

FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed, on October 16, 2025, to act as the receiver of Canadoil Forge Ltd. pursuant to a receivership order issued by the Superior Court of Quebec, (Commercial Division) under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
