On May 1, 2019 FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as Receiver and manager pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Solo Liquor Stores Ltd. and Solo Liquor Holdings Ltd. as listed in the Receivership Order.
