On April 11, 2025, Rokstad Power (2018) Ltd. filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to section 49(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA") and FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee (the "Trustee").
