FTI Consulting, Inc. / Razor / Blade
On January 30, 2024, Razor Energy Corp., Blade Energy Services Corp., Razor Royalties Limited Partnership, and Razor Holdings GP Corp. (the "Razor Entities") filed Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. FTI Consulting Canada Inc. ("FTI") was appointed as the Proposal Trustee in these matters.
On February 28, 2024, the Applicants sought and obtained an order (the "Initial Order") from the Court of King's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") granting, among other things, a continuation of the NOI Proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c C-36, as amended (the "CCAA") and appointing FTI, as monitor in the Company's CCAA Proceedings (the "Monitor").
On March 6, 2024, at the comeback hearing (the "Comeback Hearing"), the Applicants sought and obtained an amended and restated initial order (the "ARIO") from the Court, granting, among other things, an extension of the stay of proceedings to March 29, 2024.
On March 25, 2024, the Applicants sought and obtained an Order from the Court granting an extension of the stay of proceedings to May 3, 2024.
On May 3, 2024, the Applicants sought and obtained an Order from the Court granting an extension of the stay of proceedings to June 7, 2024.
On June 6, 2024, the Applicants sought and obtained an Order from the Court granting an extension of the stay of proceedings to August 2, 2024.
On July 17, 2024, the Applicants sought and obtained the following Orders from the Court granting, among other things, an Approval and Vesting Order for the HWN Transaction, an Approval and Vesting Order for the FutEra Transaction, and an extension of the stay of proceedings to October 13, 2024.
On October 7, 2024, the Applicants sought and obtained an Order from the Court granting an extension of the stay of proceedings to November 8, 2024.
On November 8, 2024, the Applicants sought and obtained an Order from the Court granting an extension of the stay of proceedings to November 30, 2024 (the "Stay Period").
