Priszm
On March 31, 2011, Priszm Income Fund, Priszm Canadian Operating Trust, Priszm Inc. and Kit Finance Inc. (collectively, the “Applicants”) sought and obtained an Initial Order (the “Initial Order”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”). Although not an Applicant, Priszm Limited Partnership (“Priszm LP”) (together with the Applicants, the “Priszm Entities”) shall enjoy the benefits of the protections and authorizations provided by the Initial Order. Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. (“FTI” or the “Monitor”) has been appointed Monitor. The Initial Order also provides for a stay of proceedings against the Applicant, which stay expires April 29, 2011, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.Effective Sept 21, 2011, RSM Richter was appointed as Receiver and can be contacted at the following:
