Le 28 février 2025, Pélican International inc. a déposé un avis d'intention de faire une proposition (l'«Avis d'intention») en vertu de l'article 50.4 (1) de la Loi sur la faillite et l'insolvabilité (la « LFI »).

Le 19 mars 2025, la Cour supérieure du Québec (le « Tribunal ») a rendu une ordonnance initiale en vertu de la Loi sur les arrangements avec les créanciers des compagnies, L.R.C. (1985), ch. C-36 (l'« Ordonnance Initiale ») à l’égard de Pelican International inc., Pelican US Topco LLC et Confluence Outdoor inc. (les « Débitrices ») , nommant FTI Consulting Canada inc., un syndic autorisé en insolvabilité, à titre de contrôleur (« FTI » ou le « Contrôleur »). En vertu de l’Ordonnance Initiale, la Cour a ordonné une suspension de toute procédure à l’égard des Débitrices, ses biens, ainsi que ses dirigeants et administrateurs.

Le 29 avril 2025, la Cour Supérieure du Québec a rendu une ordonnance approuvant la vente de la totalité des actifs de Pelican International inc. et de Confluence Outdoor inc.

On February 28, 2025, Pelican International Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("BIA").

On March 19, 2025, the Superior Court of Quebec (the "Court") issued an initial order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. C-36. (the "Initial Order") in respect of Pelican International Inc., Pelican US Topco LLC and Confluence Outdoor Inc. (the "Debtors"), appointing FTI Consulting Canada Inc., a licensed insolvency trustee, as monitor to the business ("FTI" or the "Monitor"). Pursuant to the Initial Order, the Court ordered a stay of all proceedings with respect to the Debtors, its property and its directors and officers.

On April 29, 2025, the Superior Court of Québec issued an order approving the sale of all assets of Pelican International Inc. and Confluence Outdoor Inc.
