The Interim Order, inter alia, provided the following relief: (a) a stay of proceedings in respect of Mitel Networks Corporation ("MNC") and its directors and officers; (b) all rights and remedies in respect of MNC are stayed and suspended; (c) no Person shall discontinue, fail to honour, alter, interfere with, repudiate, terminate or cease to perform any right, renewal right, contract, agreement, lease, license, or permit in favor or held by MNC; (d) All persons having oral or written agreements with MNC or statutory or regulatory mandates for the supply of goods and/or services in Canada are restrained from discontinuing, altering, interfering with, or terminating the supply of such goods or services. | |
