Inca One Gold Corp. - Receivership

On October 7, 2024, the Court granted an order (the "Receivership Order") appointing FTI Consulting Canada Inc. as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver"), without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Inca One Gold Corp. (the "Debtor") acquired for or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including all proceeds (the "Property").

Pursuant to the Receivership Order, the Receiver is seeking to solicit interest in, and opportunities for, a sale or investment in the Property (the "SISP"). The timeline for the SISP is as follows:

Timeline Commencement Date December 20, 2024 Bid Deadline January 24, 2025 Definitive Agreement Deadline January 29, 2025 Outside Date February 21, 2025 Access to a virtual data room will require execution of a non-disclosure agreement.
