FTI Consulting, Inc. / Inca One Gold Corp.

On June 3, 2024, Inca One Gold Corp. ("Inca One") sought and obtained an initial order (the "Initial Order") from the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Court") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended. The Initial Order provides, among other things, a stay of proceedings which may be extended from time to time. Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed monitor (the "Monitor") of Inca One.

On October 7, 2024, the Court granted an order appointing FTI Consulting Canada Inc. as Receiver and Manager, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Inca One Gold Corp. (the "Debtor") acquired for or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including all proceeds (the "Property").
