On April 23, 2024, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy of 1780932 Alberta Ltd., EES Equipment Inc. and EES Lands Inc. pursuant to three Order of the King's Bench of Alberta.

On December 5, 2024, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta granted orders to discharge the Trustee for the Estate of 1780932 Alberta Ltd., EES Equipment Inc. and EES Lands Inc.
