FTI Consulting, Inc. / Clayton Construction Co. Ltd.
On May 8, 2018, FTI Consulting was appointed Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Court of the Queen's Bench of Alberta of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Clayton Construction Co. Ltd.
On July 23, 2018, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy over the Clayton Construction Co. Ltd. following the Company's assignment into Bankruptcy by the Receiver.
