On March 7, 2022 FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Balanced Energy Oilfield Services Inc, Balanced Energy Oilfield Services (USA) Inc., and Balanced Energy Holdings Inc.
