Westphalia Dev Corp - Claims Process

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 23, 2025, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta issued an order (the "Claims Process Order") in the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings of the Westphalia Dev. Corp, commencing a claims procedure (the "Claims Process") for the purpose of identifying and determining all Claims against the Westphalia and its Directors and Officers. The Claims Process includes a Claims Bar Date of 5:00 PM MST on February 28, 2025. Please review the Claims Process Order for the complete instructions on the Claims Process.

Any creditor having a claim against the Company who has not received a Notice to Claimant or who disagrees with the amount or status of the Claim as indicated in the Notice to Claimant must file a Proof of Claim with the Monitor in the prescribed form before 5:00 PM MST on February 28, 2025 in order to participate in any voting or distributions associated with the CCAA Proceedings. Claims not proven in accordance with this Claims Process shall, unless otherwise ordered by the Court, be deemed to be forever barred and may not be advanced against the Company.
