FTI Consulting, Inc. / Waldron Energy Corporation
On August 17, 2015, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager pursuant to an Order made by the Honourable Justice K.D. Yamauchi of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Waldron Energy Corporation.
On March 31, 2017, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy over the Waldron Energy Corporation pursuant to an Order of the Queen’s bench of Alberta.
