The deadline for Filing Rehabilitation Claims in the Japanese proceedings is August 25, 2017. You may be unable to participate in the rehabilitation proceedings if you fail to file a proof of claim by the deadline.

On June 26, 2017, Takata Corporation, Takata Kyushu K.K., and Takata Service K.K. (collectively, "Takata Japan"), have commenced a proceeding under the Civil Rehabilitation Act ("CRA") in Tokyo, Japan.
