FTI Consulting Canada Inc. / Square Nine

On November 13, 2025, Square Nine King George Development Ltd. ("Square Nine King George") and Square Nine Builders Inc. ("Square Nine Builders" and collectively with Square Nine King George, the "Petitioners" or "Square Nine") sought and obtained an initial order (the "Initial Order") from the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Court") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended ("CCAA"). The Initial Order provides, among other things, a stay of proceedings which may be extended from time to time. Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed monitor (the "Monitor") of the Petitioners.
