By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) dated December 22, 2011 (the “Sanction Order”), Renin Corp., Renin Corp. US, Kingstar Products (Western) Inc., (collectively, the “Applicants”) sought and obtained an Order approving and sanctioning the plan of arrangement dated December 12, 2011, as approved by the Affected Creditors of the Applicants on December 19, 2011.
The Monitor filed its certificate substantially in the form attached as Schedule “A” to the Plan (the “Monitor’s Certificate”), certifying that it has been advised by the Applicants that all of the conditions precedent set out in Section 7.2 of the Plan have been satisfied or waived, and the Plan Implementation Date shall be the date as set out in such certificate.

US, Kingstar Products (Western) Inc., (collectively, the “Applicants”) sought and obtained an Initial Order (the “Initial Order”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”). The Initial Order also granted a stay of proceedings until January 11, 2012 or such later date as the Court may order. FTI Consulting Canada Inc.
