On May 18, 2022, the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted an Order which, among other things, adjudged RBee Aggregate Consulting Ltd. bankrupt and appointed FTI Consulting Canada Inc. as trustee in bankruptcy.

On May 6, 2022, the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted an Order (the "Auction Approval and Vesting Order") which, among other things, approved the auction services agreement between RBee Aggregate Consulting Ltd., by and through the Receiver, and McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. (the "Auctioneer"); and approved the A-1 Offer between RBee Aggregate Consulting Ltd. and A-1 Quality Belting Ltd.
