On February 14, 2018 an Order was granted authorizing Manitok complete the sale of assets in two non-core areas, Ferrier and Rockyford. Also at the February 14, 2018 application the Companies advised that they would not be able to complete the initial Proposal Framework as outlined for the Courts at the initial application and now were seeking approval to run a refreshed sales process with a stalking horse bid. The Courts granted a short extension to the stay of proceedings to February 20, 2018 to further consider the sales process and stalking horse bid. | |
