Ligado Networks LLC, et al.

On January 5, 2025 (the "Petition Date"), Ligado Networks LLC ("Ligado") and certain of its affiliates (collectively, the "Debtors"), including Ligado Networks Corp. ("Networks Corp."), Ligado Networks Holdings (Canada) Inc. ("Holdings") and Ligado Networks (Canada) Inc. ("Networks Inc.", and collectively with Networks Corp. and Holdings, the "Canadian Debtors"), filed voluntary petitions for relief in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "U.S. Court") under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "U.S. Proceedings"). The Debtors have been granted approval to have their cases be jointly administered under Case No. 25-10006.

For the U.S. Proceedings, Omni Agent Solutions ("Omni") was appointed as claims and noticing agent for the Debtors. In its capacity as the foreign representative of the Debtors in the U.S. Proceedings (the "Foreign Representative"), Ligado sought and, on January 16, 2025, obtained an order (the "Initial Recognition Order") under Part IV of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the "CCAA") to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Canadian Court"). Among other things, the Initial Recognition Order granted an initial stay of proceedings in favour of the Debtors and their respective property, business and directors and officers.

On January 16, 2025, the Canadian Court also issued an order (the "Supplemental Order"). The Supplemental Order, among other things, recognized certain orders granted by the U.S. Court in the U.S. Proceedings and appointed FTI Consulting Canada Inc. ("FTI") as information officer (in such capacity, the "Information Officer").
