On November 10, 2014 Justice Macleod granted an Order (the "Sale Approval and Vesting Order") which, inter alia, authorized the Receiver to enter into the Rockbridge APA and close the Transaction. Also on November 10, 2014 Justice Macleod granted an Order (the "Approving Distribution and Discharging Receiver Order") which, inter alia, authorized the Receiver to make a final distribution, as set out in paragraphs 32 and 33 of the First Receiver's Report, and discharging the Receiver as receiver and manager of the Property and relieving it of all further duties and obligations with respect to the Debtor and Property.
