Jaguar Mining Inc. - Status Updates

December 2, 2014

On December 2, 2014 by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the proceedings under the Companies Creditors' Arrangement Act have been terminated and the Monitor has been discharged.


April 23, 2014

On April 23, 2014 Jaguar Mining Inc. announced that it has successfully implemented its Amended and Restated Plan of Compromise and Arrangement pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act with an implementation date of April 22, 2014.


April 7, 2014

On April 7, 2014 Jaguar Mining Inc. obtained an order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) extending the period of the Court-ordered stay of proceedings against Jaguar and its subsidiaries under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act until April 17, 2014.


March 10, 2014

On March 10, 2014 Jaguar Mining Inc. has obtained an order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) extending the period of the Court-ordered stay of proceedings against Jaguar and its subsidiaries under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act until March 24, 2014.


February 27, 2014

On February 27, 2014 Jaguar Mining Inc. announced today that it has obtained an order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) extending the period of the Court-ordered stay of proceedings against Jaguar and its subsidiaries under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act until March 10, 2014.


February 7, 2014

Jaguar Mining Inc. is pleased to announce that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted an order (the "Sanction Order") on February 6, 2014 approving the Company's amended and restated plan of compromise and arrangement pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada).


February 3, 2014

Jaguar Mining Inc. is pleased to announce that the resolution approving the Company's amended and restated plan of compromise and arrangement (the "Plan") pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act was approved by 100% of the Affected Unsecured Creditors that voted, in person or by proxy, on the Plan Resolution at the meeting of Affected Unsecured Creditors held on January 31, 2014.


January 24, 2014

On January 24, 2014, Jaguar Mining Inc. announced a change in the date of its meeting (the"Meeting") of Affected Unsecured Creditors (as defined in the Company's information circular and proxy statement dated December 23, 2013) to consider the resolution the ("Plan Resolution") approving the plan of compromise and arrangement (the "Plan") pursuant to the Companies'Creditors Arrangement Act. The Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 31, 2014 at 200 Bay Street, Suite 3800, Toronto, Ontario. The Meeting was originally scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2014.As a result of this new date for the Meeting:
i.) the Voting Deadline (as defined in the Company's information circular and proxy statement dated December 23, 2013) is now 10:00 a.m. on January 30, 2014;
ii.) the Election Deadline (as defined in the Company's information circular and proxy statement dated December 23, 2013) is now 5:00 p.m. on January 29, 2014; and
iii.) Beneficial Noteholder Voting Instruction Forms must be returned to the applicable Participant Holder (in each case as defined in the Meeting Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated December 23, 2013) at or before 1:00 p.m. on January 29, 2014.


January 14, 2014

On January 14, 2014 Jaguar Mining Inc. announced today that it has obtained an order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) extending the period of the Court-ordered stay of proceedings against Jaguar and its subsidiaries under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act until February 28, 2014.


January 10, 2014

On January 10, 2014, Jaguar Mining Inc. announced today that as a result of the commencement of proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, it has received a letter from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") indicating that the common shares of the Company will be delisted effective at the close of market on February 10, 2014. Trading in the common shares of Jaguar has been suspended since December 23, 2013 and will remain suspended until the delisting. The Company has commenced the application process for listing its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V"). There can be no assurance that a listing on the TSX-V, or another exchange, will be obtained before Jaguar is delisted from the TSX or at all.


December 23, 2013

On December 23, 2013, Jaguar Mining Inc. ("Jaguar" or the "Company") sought and obtained an Initial Order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (the "CCAA") from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice . The Applicants sought and were granted the stay of proceedings and other relief provided under the CCAA. Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting ("FTI or the "Monitor") has been appointed Monitor.
