Please be advised that on September 16, 2013 the Ontario Securities Commission issued an Order that ceased all trading in the securities of Great Basin Gold Limited. A copy of this Order can be found on this website under the “Court Orders” section.

On June 28, 2013, FTI Consulting Canada, Inc. was appointed as Receiver of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of Great Basin Gold Limited (“GBGL”) pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Madam Justice Fitzpatrick of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Receivership Order”).
