On February 7, 2013, Extreme Fitness, Inc. the ("Applicant") sought and obtained a stay of proceedings under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (the "CCAA"). Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting Canada Inc.("FTI" or the "Monitor") has been appointed Monitor. The Initial Order provides for the stay of proceedings against the Applicant to be effective through March 8, 2013, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
