FTI Consulting, Inc. / Endurance Energy Ltd.

On November 17, 2017, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy over the Endurance Energy Ltd. following the Company's assignment into Bankruptcy by the Monitor.

On May 30, 2016, Edurance Energy Ltd. ("Endurance" or the “Applicant”), obtained an Initial Order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (the "CCAA"). The Applicants sought and were granted the stay of proceedings and other relief provided under the CCAA. Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting ("FTI" or the "Monitor") has been appointed Monitor.

On July 4, 2017, the Applicants sought and obtained an order which among other things approved a Final Distribution to the lenders, a Termination of the CCAA Proceedings and a Discharge of the Monitor. The Final Distribution to the lenders has been made and no unsecured claims process has been established. The stay of proceedings was not extended and the Monitor will be discharged upon filing of the termination certificate.
