On November 19, 2019 FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Eagle Energy Inc., Eagle Energy Trust, Eagle Energy Holdings Inc. and Eagle Hydrocarbons Inc.

On May 29, 2020, Eagle Energy Inc has filed with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy a proposal (the "Division 1 Proposal") to its unsecured creditors pursuant to the provisions of Part III Division 1 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, c-B-3 as amended. FTI Consulting Canada Inc is acting as proposal trustee ("Proposal Trustee") in these proceeding and has called a creditor's meeting on June 10, 2020 at 10AM MT.
