FTI Consulting, Inc. / La Bicicletta Bicycles, Inc. / 0371598 B.C. LTD.

On June 27, 2023, La Bicicletta Bicycles, Inc. ("Bicicletta") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. FTI Consulting Canada Inc. ("FTI") was appointed as the proposal trustee in this matter.

On August 29, 2023, Bicicletta entered into an asset purchase agreement between Bicicletta and the CSL Sports Ltd., which was approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia on August 31, 2023.

On August 31, 2023, Bicicletta changed its name to 0371598 B.C. LTD. ("037. LTD.").

On September 1, 2023, 037. LTD. was deemed bankrupt as a result of the expiry of the stay of proceedings and FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy.
