Report of Trustee on Proposal, the purpose of this Report is to: 1. Provide background information concerning the Company, its financial situation, the causes of the Company's financial difficulties and the state of the Company's business and financial affairs; 2. Outline the terms of the Proposal; 3. Discuss the conditions that must be satisfied subsequent to creditor approval in order for the Proposal to become effective and to be successfully completed; 4. Provide an overview of the Proposal Trustee's findings resulting from its preliminary review of preferences and related party transactions as required under the BIA; 5. Compare the amounts distributable under the Proposal to the estimated distribution to the Company's Unsecured Creditors in the event the Proposal is not accepted, and the Company is deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy; and 6. Recommend acceptance of the Proposal by the Unsecured Creditors. |

Third Report filed to inform the Court to provide the Proposal Trustee's recommendations on the following: 1. The activities of the Company since the filing of the Second Report; 2. An analysis of the Company's actual cash receipts and disbursements for the period from September 19, 2015 to October 31, 2015, compared to previous forecasts filed by the Company; 3. The Company's cash flow forecast for the period from November 1, 2015 to January 23, 2016; and 4. 4. An update on the status of the Company's secured lenders. |

Second Report filed to inform the Court to provide the Proposal Trustee's recommendations on the following: 1. The activities of the Company since the filing of the First Report; 2. A summary of the Company's actual cash receipts and disbursements for the period from July 27, 2015 to September 18, 2015; 3. The Company's cash flow forecast for the period from September 19, 2015 to January 23, 2016; and 4. An update on the status of the Company's secured lenders. The purpose of the report is to support the Company's application for an extension of the stay of proceedings |
