FTI Consulting, Inc. / Adventus Group

On July 21, 2023, Adventus Realty Trust, Adventus Realty Services Inc., Adventus Opportunity Services Inc., Adventus Realty Limited Partnership, Adventus Realty Canada Holdings Limited Partnership and Adventus Opportunity Fund filed assignments in bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors and FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy (the "Trustee") of the each of the entities.

Based on the information currently available to the Trustee, it is anticipated that there will be no realizations available to unsecured creditors. Accordingly, there will be no recovery for Unit Holders of Adventus Realty Trust.
