On August 19, 2024, Acuva Technologies Inc. (the "Company") filed an assignment in bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors and FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy of the Company (the "Trustee").

On October 22, 2024, the Supreme Court of British Columbia approved a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Watersprint AB for the assets of the Company for total proceeds of $2.8 million. The transaction closed on December 20, 2024. Further details of the transaction are included in the First Report of the Trustee.

On May 27, 2025, the Trustee issued a 30-Day Notice of Requirement to Prove Claim to all known creditors who have yet to file a proof of claim in the estate for the purposes of issuing a final dividend. The notice and accompanying proof of claim form can be found in the Other Documents & Notices section.
