On April 13, 2023, 1000216 B.C. Ltd. (the "Company") filed an assignment in bankruptcy for the general benefit of the creditors and FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy of the Company (the "Trustee").

The first meeting of Creditors will be held at the Trustee's office at Suite 1450 - 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver BC on April 27, 2023 at 10:00 am.
