Premium Comfort - Status Updates

On June 15, 2022, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager of all the assets, undertaking and properties of Premium Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. pursuant to an order issued by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

On April 17, 2024, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta granted an order which, among other things, discharged the Receiver of Premium Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. from its duties and obligations.
